How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe and save right away: 20% off your first order on a 1-pack, 25% on a 2-pack, or 30% on a 3-pack. After that, you keep saving 10%, 15%, or 20% respectively on every delivery, for as long as you're subscribed, plus free shipping on every subscription order, no minimum. Choose a delivery schedule of every 15, 30, or 45 days. Want to change flavors, adjust your schedule, or switch pack sizes? It's all in your account, though we're here at info@tastesalud.com if you'd rather talk to a person.
Can I change the flavor of my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Swap flavors through your account whenever the mood strikes.
Can I modify the frequency of my subscription?
Yes. Get Taste Salud on your schedule, every 15 days, 30 days, or 45 days, whichever works for you. You can also adjust your delivery date anytime to fit around your life.
Does subscribing get me free shipping?
Yes, always. Every subscription orders ship free. It's one less thing to think about.
What if I have too many agua frescas?
Totally normal, and totally fixable. Delay an upcoming order, adjust your delivery schedule, or skip an order until you're ready. It's your subscription, set it up however fits.
Is there a yearly commitment?
No. You can adjust or end your subscription anytime from your account. We'd rather earn your next order than lock you into one.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. If this email doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tastesalud.com for further assistance. Keep in mind, tracking updates might take a little time, especially during busy periods.
