If you are missing an item or receive damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer returns or refunds for clothing items unless it is due to damaged goods received. Proof of damage must be documented by photograph and submitted. We only offer exchanges on clothing items, no returns.
