    So I love Salud and its products and was curious about their Calm + Sleep line, but was not expecting much. First off, let me say the flavor is really good. I liked it better than I expected. Secondly, regarding it’s effectiveness….HOLY CANOLLI!!!! It works soooo good. It doesn’t make you all crazy drowsy, but it definitely relaxes you and helps get your body ready for sleep. I am a nervous flyer but from now on, I will be taking this right before I fly to help calm and relax me, without any of the grogginess that can occur from other products. Another fantastic product from Salud!!!

    Make it HOT!!! 🔥

    The 'Calm + Sleep' drinks are perfect for those days you'd like to slowly wind down from the day.

    It's subtle, smoothly done. You may not even realize it, but you are slowly being put in a trance. So, dont take too long getting into bed because before you know it, it's morning, and you've slept on the couch! 😉

    As another reviewer wrote, Ponche is best served hot. But, what evening drink isn't better to relax you than warming you from the inside...
